Although it’s 1,000 acres, comparatively small for a plantation, it has “all the features and amenities” of a larger tract in regards to quail, deer, duck, dove and fishing, McCollum said. “And Conifer is surrounded by approximately 300,000 acres of larger hunting plantations…If you have neighbors managing intentionally for wildlife you will all benefit accordingly,” McCollum said.
