A Thomasville native, Ben graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science Forest Resources. His love of the outdoors led him to Jackson Hole, Wyoming where he successfully owned a project management firm specializing in overseeing development, construction, and management of high end real estate. During this time, Ben cultivated an eye for detail in addition to the know how to transform a concept to reality. Upon return to his native south Georgia, Ben parlayed his construction background into the successful redevelopment of multiple projects with an emphasize on historic, urban renewal. Though experienced in development, Ben regularly falls back on his Forestry background in the assessment of timberland holdings. This varied background creates a broad perspective which has proven invaluable in the formation of effective real estate marketing and sales strategies.
